Q: How much do you charge for Lawn Maintenance?
A: Prices vary depending the size and the landscape of your lawn. J.R's Lawn Service includes: Mow, Edge, Weed eat, and Blow. Free written or emailed estimates are provided upon request.
Q: Can you mow our lawn today?
A: We can give you a free written estimate the day you contact us or the next following days. Once approval is made with the estimate, we can then schedule your service when we are in your area. We have a scheduled route every day for lawn maintenance.
Q: Do we need to be home when you come to give an estimate or have a service?
A: J.R.'s Lawn Service can come by and leave a free written estimate. We can also call or email the free written estimate.
Q: How do we pay for the services?
A: At the time of an Estimate or a Service. Payment or Deposit is accepted in either Cash, Check, PayPal, or Credit Card.
Make check payable to J.R.'s Lawn Service. Lawn Maintenance Customers are invoiced monthly by mail or email.
Q: Do we need to sign a contract?
A: We have an agreement of customer approval. In consideration of the extension of Lawn Maintenance Credit, customer will pay the first service and a one time deposit equal to one month Lawn Maintenance Services. Deposit will be applied to final bill.
Q: What is the purpose of the deposit?
A: It covers your Lawn Maintenance Services in case of late payments or cancellations. We service your lawn on a regular schedule and invoice you at the end of every month for the services we provided that month.
Q: When are payments due when we receive the invoice?
A: Lawn Maintenance Customers are invoiced monthly for the services we provided that month. Payments are due by the 20th of every month. A 10% late fee charge may be applied to all late payments.
Q: What if it rains on the day of Lawn Maintenance Service?
A: If weather permits, J.R.'s Lawn Service will try the next day to three days to make up the service. After the third day, we will skip the service and reschedule on your next regular service day.
Q: What if I would like to cancel or change my services?
A: Contact us by phone or email 1 day in advance before next services for any changes you may have.
Q: How much does it cost to have our beds cleaned and mulched?
A: Prices vary depending how much cleaning and landscaping beds you have. Free written estimates are provided upon request.
Q: How often will the Lawn Maintenance be serviced?
